Is there an old single or album you can't find? Or
a more recent CD release that you never got round to buying? No time
to spend rummaging around in second-hand record stores or trawling
the internet? Even if you're not sure of the artist or title - perhaps you just know a few lines of a song - there's a good chance we'll know what it is! Tell us what you're looking for and we'll let you know if we can find it for you through our world-wide network of specialist shops and dealers. Just complete the special request form telling us what you're looking for. |

How long will it take? We'll usually start looking the day you send us your request. Then it depends on how rare the record is and how many different shops or dealers we need to contact. But typically we will have an answer within 2-3 days - often faster than that. We'll tell you by email the cost including postage and packing, and the condition the record is in as described to us by the supplier. This will usually be shown as "EX" (excellent) or "VG" (very good) for pre-owned records and "M" (mint condition) for new or unplayed records. | |

Our £10 search fee We're happy to search for you with no obligation to buy. Because this usually takes us some time, we will charge a £10 search fee for each item once we have completed the search and you have confirmed you wish to proceed. This is in addition to the cost of the record itself and any postage and packing costs incurred. We'll give you a full breakdown of the cost in our response to your search request. How to pay We will not take any credit card details from you on this website. Instead, you can make your payment through the PayPal website.  You can pay for your order straightaway by credit or debit card through PayPal. You don't need to be a member of PayPal and do not have to join to be able to pay us; just have your credit or debit card details to hand. Other ways of paying If you do not wish to pay by credit card, then we will ask that you either make an online payment from your bank account or send a cheque to us once you have confirmed you are happy for us to proceed with your order. This will add 2-3 days to the time we need to complete your order. |
