How long will it take?

When you order your framed record, we will ask you for your required delivery date (for example, in time for a birthday, anniversary, leaving party etc.).   Typically, we dispatch orders within 14 days of receiving payment.   If this is inconvenient then please let us know and we will do our best to find a way to meet your requirements.

However, we are not able to guarantee without fail that we can meet your required delivery date, unless it is 30 days or more after the date you confirm and place your order (in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations). This is because your framed record is put together individually to your specific requirements and the record itself obtained from one of our regular and reliable suppliers.   We also depend on our postage suppliers (Parcelforce or the Royal Mail) to meet their guaranteed delivery times.

We do guarantee that we always do our utmost to meet your required delivery date and will certainly give you plenty of warning if we expect this to be a problem; we have yet to disappoint anyone.   In such a situation we would be happy to accept a cancellation and offer a full refund unless we have begun making the framed record. Because your framed record is custom-made to your own specification, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund after we have begun putting the framed record together.

Delivery within the UK and the Channel Islands

Unless you request otherwise, we will use Parcelforce for delivery to your home within 2 working days which is included in the price of your framed record.

This service ("Parcelforce 48") guarantees delivery in 2 working days to UK destinations (although Parcelforce state that it may take longer to deliver to some outlying areas).

Please note that the delivery will need to be accepted and signed for; if no-one is available to accept delivery then it will be your responsibility to contact Parcelforce and arrange for re-delivery.

You can also request for the framed record to be sent to a different address - for example, if it is a gift for someone else.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland

We can also deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. We use Euro Priority Business which delivers within 2 working days and there is a charge of £12 to cover the additional delivery costs.

Orders from outside the UK

We would be delighted to accept orders from elsewhere in the European Union, the USA, Australia or indeed anywhere in the world!

The possibilities are endless, so we will confirm the cost and method of delivery before we proceed with your order; you are under no obligation to complete any purchase until you have confirmed you are happy to pay the price we propose to charge.

Safe and sturdy packaging

The frame is very well packed to avoid damage to the frame and glass as far as possible.

We use sturdy cardboard packaging especially designed for picture frames (shown below); the frame is wrapped inside bubblewrap (although this is not shown in the picture below) and then sealed inside one box which is then sealed inside a larger box.
